      1. Terminal 115 (T115) – Third Amendment to Lease with Northland Services, Inc.: To request authorization for the CEO to execute the Third Amendment to the T115 term lease agreement between the NWSA and Northland Services, Inc. MemoPresentation

ITEM PULLED NWSA and Potential Port of Seattle (POS) and/or Dual Action: Request Managing Member authorization for (1) the Chief Executive Officer or his delegate to negotiate and execute the First Amendment to the Terminal 46 Lease Termination Agreement with Total Terminals International, LLC (2) to authorize the acquisition of up to 5 container cranes (ZPMC cranes 80, 81, 82 and Paceco crane No. 65, 67 and related spare parts) at Terminal 46 by either the NWSA or the Port of Seattle; and (3) if necessary, authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his delegate to negotiate the terms for the storage, use, maintenance, and associated costs of the container cranes with the Port of Seattle. ***Alternate Action*** As necessary, by separate or dual action, request Port of Seattle to authorize the acquisition of up to 5 container cranes (ZPMC cranes 80, 81, 82 and Paceco cranes 65, 67 and related spare parts) at Terminal 46 and to authorize its Executive Director to negotiate the terms for the storage, use, maintenance, and associated costs of the container cranes with the NWSA. If Alternate Action is undertaken, NWSA actions (2) and (3) above are not required.
