        1. To request project authorization in the amount of $1,145,000 for a total authorized amount of $1,300,000 for work associated with the EST Stormwater Improvements project.
        2. To request authorization in the amount of $932,500 for a total authorized amount of $1,150,000 for work associated with the NIM Stormwater Treatment project.

      2. Vessel Service Agreements: To request authorization for the CEO to enter into one-year Vessel Service Agreements with the following RO/RO Shipping Lines from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019: NYK Ro-Ro, Mitsui OSK, World Logistic Services, Hyundai-GLOVIS Ocean Group, Siem Car Carriers, Eastern Car Liner and “K” Line Ro-Ro.
      3. North Harbor Surplus Crane Disposition: To request project authorization to remove four surplus ship-to-shore container cranes from Terminals 18 and 46 in the North Harbor in an amount not to exceed $4 million for work associated with the North Harbor Surplus Crane Dispositions. Advent Intermodal Solutions, LLC Subscription Renewal: To request contract authorization not to exceed $270,000 for a total authorized amount of $570,000 for a two-year contract extension for the ongoing subscription with Advent Intermodal Solutions, LLC to support the Clean Truck Program.       5. Clean Truck Fund Program:
        1. To request authorization for the CEO to develop and execute the Clean Truck Fund Program design as currently proposed by staff.
        2. To request authorization for the CEO to enter into a new Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Washington State Department of Ecology for a $1,200,000 contribution to the Clean Truck Fund.
