      3. Culvert AOP Grant Acceptance & PCT WCC Replacement Project:
        1. Request the Managing Members authorize the CEO or his delegate to accept Culvert Aquatic Organism Passage funding in the amount of $2 million from the Federal Highway Administration for the Pierce County Terminal Wapato Creek Culvert Replacement Project.
        2. Request the Managing Members grant project authorization in the amount of $2,612,000 for a total authorized amount of $2,662,000 for work associated with the Pierce County Terminal Wapato Creek Culvert Replacement Project (Project No. 201213.01).

        1. Port of Tacoma Commission. Adopt Resolution 2025-06-PT, a resolution of the Port of Tacoma Commission declaring Sumitomo 2403 and related spare parts and authorizing the Executive Director to sell or dispose of the surplus property as provided for in RCW 53.08.090.
        2. Request the Managing Members grant project authorization in the amount of $2 million, for a total authorized amount of $2 million for work associated with the disposal of Cranes IHI 2078 and Sumitomo 2403.
