      1. (1). Dual Action NWSA / Port of Tacoma Interlocal Agreement. Request Managing Member authorization for its CEO and Port of Tacoma Commission authorization for its Executive Director to enter into an interlocal agreement authorizing NWSA’s use of City of Tacoma (City) right-of-way subject to the terms and conditions of the City’s Right-of-Way Occupancy Permit (ROCC) issued to the Port of Tacoma. (2). NWSA Action Only Request the Managing Members authorize the CEO to execute the Fifth Amendment to the SSAT (Tacoma) Lease at West Sitcum Terminal to include additional acreage and authorize $620,000 for work required by the lease amendment.
