- Additional Funding West Sitcum Litigation: Authorize additional funding in the amount of $300,000 for legal costs should the Supreme Court of the United States grant a writ of certiorari in Port of Tacoma et al. v. Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, No. 24-350.

- Managing Member and Homeport Actions: Water Resource Development Act (WRDA) Section 2106 / Harbor Maintenance Tax (HMT) Funds Use on Existing Projects:
- Request the Port of Seattle Commission approve allowing the use of FY2024 WRDA Section 2106 and HMT (Section 2106/HMT) funds on eligible projects in process.
- Request the Port of Tacoma Commission approve allowing the use of FY2024 WRDA Section 2106 and HMT (Section 2106/HMT) funds on eligible projects in process.
- Request the NWSA Managing Members authorize that Section 2106/HMT funds received by the NWSA from the Homeports will be treated as Contributed Capital (as defined in the NWSA Charter) to be used for eligible projects in the respective Homeport harbors, and further authorizing the return of cash to the two Homeports for expended projects as Other Cash (as defined in the NWSA Charter).
