        1. Request Managing Members of the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) authorization for the CEO or his delegate to approve a revision to the 2023 Port of Seattle – NWSA and Port of Tacoma – NWSA, Commission Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to clarity that Commissioner travel expenses for NWSA travel paid for by the Homeports can be charged to the NWSA and to make the SLAs consistent in provided Commission services.
        2. Request Port of Seattle Commission authorization for the Executive Director or his delegate to approve a revision to the 2023 Port of Seattle – NWSA SLA to clarify that Commissioner travel expenses for the NWSA travel paid by the POS can be charged to the NWSA and specify the scope of Commission provided services as the POT SLA.
        3. Request Port of Tacoma Commission authorization for the Executive Director or his delegate to approve a revision to the 2023 Port of Tacoma SLA to clarify that Commissioner travel expenses for NWSA travel paid for by POT can be charged to the NWSA.

      1. Harbor Maintenance Tax (HMT) and Water Resources Reform and Development Act (WRRDA) Section 2106 Funds Distribution for 2023: Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma Commission Actions
        1. Request Port of Seattle Commission waive two readings of proposed Joint Port of Seattle-Port of Tacoma Resolution (POS No. 3813 | POT No. 2023-09-PT).
        2. Request the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma Commissions adopt a Joint Resolution (POS No. 3813 | POT No. 2023-09-PT) on behalf of their respective entities, committing the Homeports to providing an amount equivalent to the 2023 HMT / Section 2106 funds received by each Homeport to the NWSA to be used for eligible projects in each respective harbor that does not impact the 50/50 split of membership interest based on distributed amount to the NWSA, and authorizing the return of cash to the Homeports for expensed projects.

        3. Request project authorization in the amount of $675,000 for a total authorized amount of $775,000 for work associated with the Maintenance Dredging at Terminal 46 (MID No. N10206).
